Paris Is Gonna Be Pissed!!!!

She must be devastated!

Paris Hilton's grandfather, Barron Hilton, announced Wednesday that he's giving away almost all his fortune to charity!

The hotel tycoon is donating 97% of his 2.3 billion worth to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, named after the initial Hilton that founded the global hotel chain in 1919 with a small hotel in Cisco, Texas.

That means that Barron's kids and grandkids are gonna be left with just $69 million to split amongst them. AND they have to pay taxes on that!

Pennies!

Dang. We kinda feel sorry for Paris. Don't U?

But, then again, the people of the world are over $2 billion richer now!

Hopefully the Conrad N. Hilton foundation will distribute the money wisely.

One of his projects is providing clean water, through wells, to countries where children die every 15 minutes from bad drinking water. They die from vomiting and diarrea. Read the whole story on the AP. He is donating to provide water for Africa and housing for the mentally ill…among other things. This has nothing to do with his like or dislike for any of his kids or grandkids. He wants to make a positive impact on society. I'm sure he's not proud of Paris and her stupid antics but this is not being done just to spite her.

Most of the Hilton kids and grandkids have enough money on their own. Paris makes her own money with music, movies, perfume, guest appearances. She is not going to go hungry. She doesn't need your pity.

That just means that she will hold an invisible board member seat and get paid huge money through his foundation. it does, however, mean that if she gets out of line the foundation can throw her off the board and cut her salary. this is a way to keep the fortune from being taxed and they can control the money. the amounts given to charity will probably be interest that is earned, imagine how much interest is earned each day on that huge amount. nice. but maybe she will become very involved with it and it will end up being part of her career, god knows she needs a job!!! Conrad Hilton deserves and incredible amount of praise and gratitude from many, many people. I think it's great that it's great that he's chosen to do this. I know many people- myself included- who have long avoided Hilton brand hotels because of that train wreck that is Paris…I can't stand the thought of contributing to her life.
