Courtney Love has just lost $100,000!
PerezHilton.com has learned exclusively that the rocker was robbed at her hotel in New York on Wednesday.
Love was staying with daughter Frances Bean at the Four Seasons and a pair of pink diamonds and yellow drop earrings were just stolen from her room.
"Courtney is devastated," a source close to the singer tells us. "She had bought the earrings for Frances as her Christmas present. Frances hadn't even tried them on yet!"
Making things even worse for Love: she had not gotten the 100k earrings insured yet!
Law enforcement is looking into the incident and all hotel personnel that went in and out of Courtney and Frances' room are being questioned.

Even though she has retrieved it by now… I just can't feel sorry for her. I can't utter a heartfelt "aww" when I read about someone who has openly been a drug addict for years lose 100K earrings that she bought for her daughter (who is probably way too young to have anything like that). ok so i am an employee at the four seasons new york and mrs love is a repeat patron and is ALWAYS causing problems and attempting to avoid payment for the exclusive services she requests. the earrings were in her room and she called the police and reported them stolen and when the police got there and searched THEY WERE FOUND IN HER ROOM. they did not "mysteriously appear". this is a horrible attempt to tarnish the name of our hotel. next time you guys post a story get the story straight. This is from FIRST HAND knowledge so I know what I'm talking about. im surprised they didnt arrest her for the tons of perscrition meds she had laying all over the room or the fact that she was walking around CLEARLY high on something
