ok so i am an employee at the four seasons new york and mrs love is a repeat patron and is ALWAYS causing problems and attempting to avoid payment for the exclusive services she requests. the earrings were in her room and she called the police and reported them stolen and when the police got there and searched THEY WERE FOUND IN HER ROOM. they did not "mysteriously appear". this is a horrible attempt to tarnish the name of our hotel. next time you guys post a story get the story straight. This is from FIRST HAND knowledge so I know what I'm talking about. im surprised they didnt arrest her for the tons of perscrition meds she had laying all over the room or the fact that she was walking around CLEARLY high on something

I work at a hotel and things are "stolen" from people's rooms all the time who throw fits swear they've looked everywhere scream at managers and then 2 hours later they find them stuffed inside their pillowcases or under a shirt or something. When people lose things they are SOO quick to accuse someone else of stealing them…makes me mad haha
