Hova is in trouble!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Jay-Z's new 40/40 club in Las Vegas did not pass their inspection.

What does that mean?

The venue won't open as previously planned, throwing a major curveball to the rapper and entrepreneur.

"Unless Jay-Z and his team miraculously come up with certain licenses and certificates by Sunday, then they won't be able to go on with their New Year's Eve party plans," a source familiar with the situation tells us.

Not only that, Jigga and his team have to refund all tickets for the opening, which will add even more costs to their starting on the wrong foot Sin City venture.

We're not sure why, but blame Beyonce, we say!

Whatever. In my job I've seen many clubs and venues open. There are ALWAYS problems with cabaret/liquor licences or insurance or some other class of beaurocratic nightmare at the last minute. if you throw enough money at it the problem always seems to go away just in time though. He presumably has good lawyers. If this item is true it is a non-story.

Darrius Miller, a well known local celebrity trainer to such stars as Ciara, Keisha Knight Pulliam, Takeyo Spikes and Terrell Owens, is hospitalized in a coma after being viciously beaten by a gang of thugs.
