Y'know, back in Alanis' heyday when she was everywhere (and a little too pretentious and sanctimonious, IMO), I never dreamed there would come a time when I would actually miss her presence and look forward to her musical statements. But seeing how painfully insipid music is today and has been for a while, I am now eager to her more from her. Unlike many other singers, she has real talent, as well as something to say. Go Alanis! Show them how it's done!
