The Gossip Girl star is in sunny Miami to host the Knights Head Microbrew New Year's bash at the Raleigh Hotel.
He's in our hometown and we can't even stalk accidentally run into him! Grrr.
Oh well, NYC is super fun. Our appearance on MTV's New Year's Eve special is gonna be the hotness. And our NYE party at the Gansevoort Hotel is gonna be even hotter!
