Her frienemy and the ex!!!!!

Former heiress Paris Hilton and Kevin Federline were partying it up together in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

The duo hit up LAX at the Luxor, where Hilton is set to host the New Year's Eve celebration, and by the look of things, Paris and K-Fed had a great time.

Britney will probably spend New Year's going to a couple of gas stations, hitting up Starbucks and buying a new puppy.

And maybe she'll go back to blonde. Just for fun!
