Sources close to Britney Spears tell us she's thisclose to flaking on her commitment to appear at the grand opening of LAX at the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas on Friday night.

Sources tell us that Usher is currently at the Chateau Elan resort in Brasselton - just outside of the ATL - and that is where his wedding to Tameka Foster will be held tomorrow.

Andy Dick must be seriously into watersports!

The un-funny man was given a ticket by police in Columbus earlier this week for urinating in public.

Sources tell PerezHilton.com that he also urinated on a few people at a couple of nightclubs - against their will.

They should file charges!
