Britney Spears' deposition has been rescheduled for today, Thursday, a source close to the former pop star reveals exclusively to PerezHilton.com.
Will she make it or will she flake, like she did yesterday?
Though her lawyers filed a motion to be removed as her counsel, they are still on her case and will be with her….if she actually makes it for the deposition.

After numerous failures to show up, Britney Spears arrived for her deposition in her custody case at the office of Kevin Federline's attorney in Los Angeles on Thursday.
Spears is expected to be grilled about her past drug and alcohol use, her apparent failure to follow court orders and anything pertaining to her parenting skills.
"A deposition can be emotionally draining, because Kevin's lawyer can ask very personal questions about her relationship with her kids – and she'll be under oath," says L.A. family lawyer Lynn Soodik, who's not involved with the case.
Just a day prior, Spears's legal team filed a request with a court to be removed from the singer's custody case, citing a "breakdown in communications" with Spears. A hearing for that matter is set for Feb. 4. Until then, the firm of Trope & Trope still represents her.
Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has already completed a number of depositions with Spears associates including her longtime friend, Alli Sims, former manager Larry Rudolph, and former bodyguard Daimon Shippen.
Kaplan will use evidence gathered from the depositions to try to persuade the court that Federline should be granted primary physical custody of their kids, Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, in any final ruling.
This is just so irritating now! I can't deny that I have to know what's going on with the Spears' now at all times, but I really want these girls to straighten their lives out. Which obviously means staying as far away from the parents as they can, which is the saddest part of all.
Momma wants to bank as much as she can on these girls before they get too old for anyone to care, and apparently she'll do it by any means she can. She's tapped out Britney as far as she can, so now a switch to the younger one is only natural.
But to sell the pregnancy story!? My God does this woman have any shame? Does she love her offspring even just a tiny little bit? Did she really give birth to these girls or did she buy them on a black market somewhere?
And then to claim they got no money from OK? Yeah, right, and neither did Howard K. Stern.
This is getting really scary now. Britney cannot seem to live without the flashbulbs in her face, which makes sense because it's the only semblance of "affection" she has in her life. Think about it. She probably assumes that anyone who is nice to her in any way whatsoever wants something from her, and I bet in most cases she's right. So what is she left with? Lots of time and money, which can drive even a person with real support and structure insane after a while, and a sense that she has to, at all costs, keep herself famous. And now, after everything that has happened, she doesn't seem to care anymore.
And lets talk about the kids for a second. I think she loves them, and wants to be a good mother. But I could also see how she might regret having them in some way, as horrible as everyone would say that is. After all, any mother who has been through a divorce with children has had the thought- those boys are little mini Federlines- little flesh and blood representations of what even Britney herself must realize now was her greatest mistake of all. It is sad, but not something that should be so easily judged.
And the media, even if she does have some kind of relationship with them, amplifies things. I feel so bad for her. I literally want to go out and find her and talk to her, even if it's just for 5 minutes, to tell her that she can be ok. If I were her, I'd call up Madonna and throw myself at her mercy. I bet she could help her. So there you go, if anyone is reading this who knows Madge tell her to help Britney before she winds up like Anna Nicole. The clock is ticking.
I know this will do no good whatsoever, but I would like to sit down with Perez and talk to him face to face about how he can continue to fuel the flames the way he does. I hate to say it, because he'll probably take it as a huge compliment, but I'd love to see what state some of these celebrities would be in if he were to have never started up the website. We can't give him all the credit, but I do think there is something to be said for the media's effect on reality. There shouldn't be any, because the media should represent reality, but there is no line anymore. The media creates reality now.
When is someone close to her going to step in and help her! She is obviously a meth addict and she needs help! Where the hell is her family? Someone needs to jack her ass up and lay down some boundaries. Also, where the hell is the police when she is driving so damn crazy. They can catch Lindsey Lohan at 3 o'clock in the morning but not this crazy bitch. She practically LIVES in her car!
