Tori Spelling has left Fallbrook for good!

The 90210 alum is no longer associated with the bed and breakfast she leased for the last year in Southern California.

The site of her Oxygen "reality" show Inn Love has now returned back to the original owners.

“We are officially open for business again,” said a receptionist at Oak Creek Manor. The bed and breakfast welcomed their first guests, after the reality show rental period expired, the weekend of December 14.

“The inn will maintain most of Tori and Dean’s new room colors but will return a couple of rooms to their original splendor which matches the architecture: Colonial," says owner Patricia King.

And, if you're inclined to buy it, Chateau LaRue is up for sale by King.

The asking price? $2.3 to $2.75 million!

      "A trip down to the San Diego County Assessors office on April 19 proved to be quite interesting," according to writer Christina Macone-Greene. "An assessment clerk, Ms. Lerma, easily pulled up the Chateau La Rue property address and reported that there had been no activity since 2004. There was no new document number and/or transaction for this residence."

Maybe it started out with your premise, but it became pretty clear to the viewers that they did not. I still enjoyed it. Tori is creative and funny. Dean was a little annoying, though.

      I was on the show last season and all i can say it is was a complete lie and joke from the producers having you repeat prompted questions to them pretending to live in Fallbrook when we actually had to wait hours for them to arrive from LA. The HILLS is not the only bullshit reality show on tv but i don't care if it's good tv. Her show was not. She has no personality whatsoever but for some reason Perez is hooked to her ass probably b/c she "loves" the gays. Or maybe b/c she looks like such a tranny that they are her only fans. Whatever the reason we are talking about her so I am sure she's happy.

      A reporter from Fallbrook went to the county assessors office and saw no activity on the property since 2004. Once this was made public it was then that Tori and Dean started to backtrack. Do a little research and you'll see!!!

      Maybe Realty TV took over because there isn't much talent left in Hollywood. Look at how many shows have been cancelled. With the exception of The Amazing Race, Project Runway and Top Chef, it's becoming a bleak medium. Tori Spelling "pretending" to own the B&B but then changed her story once it was discovered the property was never purchased is dismal.

      And, yes, Mr. Obvious, she does look like a man but that's not the point of the posting. Click on Perez's entry and you will see why Spelling has become an industry joke. Kudos to the reporter for not getting the wool pulled over her eyes like the rest of us.
