Kimberly Locke celebrated a big birthday last night!

The American Idol alum rang in her 30th at The Plumm in NYC. And she has plenty of reason to celebrate.

First, she got to snuggle up to Running With Scissors cutie Joseph Cross.

Secondly, her fab new single, Band of Gold, has just gone to #1 on the Billboard club play charts.

And, finally, her career is going much better than Clay Aiken's!

You have got to be nuts. As much as I like Kimberley Locke, her career is no where, no where at the level of Clay's. Clay has had three successful c.d.'s, a t.v. special, been on numerous shows, just ended his (I believe) 7th or 8th successful tour, is currently working on a new c.d., and let's not forget, doing charitable work all over the globe for Unicef, etc. He has been non-stop since season 2 ended. I don't know why people think he hasn't been doing anything lately. I don't think I've ever seen a celebrity as non-stop as he is. He is truly amazinf and VERY successful.

I was thinking that maybe the reason so many of the American Idol contestants have been unsuccessful is because they started having the seasons too close together so everyone would forget about the previous season instead of giving them time to develop a truly genuine fanbase. Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

Whoa! Criss Angel is NOT messing around here!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:

“I wanted him to know how demeaning he was. I created 50-60 percent of the magic for ‘Mindfreak.' I have no reason to do anything vindictively but I draw the line on violence.”
