They're probably hoping her teen pregnancy controversy will help boost ratings!

Season 4 has been flimed, they stopped in late August so the cast could return home and go to school (for those under 18). Nick owns all rights so they can decide to show them or not for any reason. Jaime has been paid (as well as the entire cast) for season 4. They can not fire her because she is no longer in their employ. Therefore if they do not show the episodes, Jaime can not sue. Jaime is a contractor and her contract has expired. There had been talk in the Fall about a season 5 but now there will not be, Nick's decision. Jaime could only sue if they breech her contract; however, since it expired that is a moot point.
