Press Conference Cancelled

Michael Sands, a spokesperson for Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, just spoke to the assembled media outside the courthouse on Friday to let them know that Kaplan will not be speaking to the media.

He doesn't think it's appropriate, given the circumstances.

Its about fucking time! Kaplan has been "trying" his case in the media since day one. I think thats highly unethical, even though his own client obviously allows it. Poor Britney in that regard - "opposing counsel" constantly crucifies her in the media when it should ONLY be done in the courtroom.
