OMG! OMG!!!!!

This dramatic move follows a stand-off Britney had with police after she refused to hand over her kids to Kevin Federline's bodyguard.

    Most likely what happened is that Brit went ballistic when the police came. They probably tried to calm her down but that agitated her further. At some point, she may have threatened to kill herself which is why she is on a gurney and not in the back of a police car. Poor kid. She is so fucked up but maybe she will get help now.

    She has clearly been 5150'd, which is a psyche hold in California. If she mentioned wanting to harm herself or others, or she was acting as though she was in a psychotic manner, the police have the duty to put her on a pysche hold, that is customarily 72 hours. She will be seen by a psychiatrist no later than tomorrow early morning and that person has the ability to release her at that time, if she is coherent and states that she has no intention of harming herself or others. But she may be there for the next 72 hours. There is a stretcher because she will most likely be transported via ambulance on a gourney. Poor thing!
