Tom Cruise's United Artist has struck an interim deal with the Writers Guid.

UA is the first studio to reach an independent agreement with the WGA, much like David Letterman recently did.

Hopefully other studios and production companies will follow.

as a dentist, i'd like to make a comment coz it seems that alot of people on here seem to think they know dentistry when they don't. judging from this picture, it looks like this discoloration is simply tetracycline staining… she probably took this antibiotic when she was a toddler, and this is a result of the gray color. her gingiva from this pic looks healthy (light pink color), but she may have had a history of gum disease or used a hard toothbrush for a number of years which explains her excessive recession. you can't really tell from a picture alone, but that's just my guess. from this pic, although her posterior crowns' margins are not esthetic, they are dark because they are fused to metal which shows on the border. These, second to full metal crowns, are one of the strongest types of crowns for the posterior teeth. as for the anterior teeth discoloration… she just needs veneers which is an elective procedure simply for the cosmetic purpose. the fact that she didn't get them by now shows that she is not nearly as self-conscious or superficial or egocentric as the rest of you. Bug off people… her teeth appear to be just fine. Most of you probably don't even know how to floss… nor do you floss. Would love to see pics of your teeth. It's not nice to talk about people's mother.
