That is a hairless Chinese Crested. CC's come hairless, hairy-hairless, or as Powderpuffs. I hope that she did her research on the breed as they (hairless and hairy hairless) require special skin-care. She also needs a lesson in holding a dog.

I KNOW THE BREED, PEREZ! Those are CHINESE CRESTED HAIRLESS dogs. I had a CHINESE CRESTED POWDER PUFF, which was one WITH hair. They are great for people w/ animal allergies as they do not shed (their hair is thin like human hair), and they are odorless….(except for their little poo-poo's). As the HAIRLESS may look ugly, some are quite cute, my mother-in-law has had 5 of them. I prefer my powder puff. He looks like a mini sheep dog. They are great dogs and perfect pets! Don't bash the baldness!! PS The hairless and powder puff are born into the same doggie litter. That hairless could have a hairy sibling!
