yup, it's a Chinese Crested. Very nice little dogs. But that poor baby appears to have an abcess on it's paw - whomever owns it should be SLAPPED for taking it out to an event instead of going straight to the vet where they belong, that paw needs to be lanced/drained ASAP!!!!!

My son had one of these dogs when he was a teenager and he was the BEST dog we EVER had!! He was a Chinese Crested and I have never seen a smarter more loyal dog in my life and we have owned many dogs. Sadly,Buster ran out the door and was hit by a car.
