Joe Jonas from the Jonas Brothers was rushed to the emergency room on Saturday, PerezHilton.com has exclusively learned.
Thankfully it's nothing too serious and he's alright now.
The tween heartthrob was "horsing around" backstage at a concert in Atlantic City and hit his head.
"He ran into a wall," a source tells us.
Joe was taken to a nearby hospital. He received a few stitches and was released shortly after.

My friends uncle owns Boardwalk Hall ( where the Jonas Brothers & Hannah Montana) were playing where Joe "hit his head" My friend said that Joe punched Nick and Nick broke his nose and then he punched Joe back and he had to get stitches. They were fighting over Miley and then Joe walked off and came back and said " i'm done with this."
