After a wild weekend getaway that saw her demand to be released from the hospital and escaping to the Palm Springs area with that shady paparazzo, Britney is finally in Los Angeles again and accounted for.

The out of control mother of two returned to her Beverly Hills mansion on Monday, Unfitney's "friend" Osama Lutfi has revealed.

Sources reveal to PerezHilton.com that Osama does not like Spears' new "boyfriend" Adnan Ghalib, who is married, and that has caused a rift between him and Brit Brit.

Now that she's back, what's next??????
