Yes, it's Nick Hexum of 311 in the top picture on the right and he's very much straight. Blake covered "All Mixed Up" by 311 on American Idol and it sparked new interest in a single that was released almost 13 years ago, so I'm sure Nick was as appreciative of Blake as Blake is of them. However, there are no other member's of 311 pictured here. You need to do some more coverage of actually talented bands like 311, Incubus, Pepper, etc. Stop covering the shit that's causing music to combust. Electro/Techno/Non-Talent bullshit should be reserved for clubs full of people fucked up on PCP. 311 is one of the last truly talented bands and if you actually knew anything about music, you'd know that.

this is all very upsetting. blake is a poser who wants people to think he is a huge 311 fan. any real fan would have chosen any number of other songs to perform on Idol as a tribute AND would have sucked a lot less while doing so. seeing nick be even mildly supportive of blake's very existence makes me feel ill. i will never stop loving 311, or nick hexum and his gorgeousness, but blake needs to stop associating himself with them immediately.
