I always love when people just assume you actually give a shit about their kids. I have had people I work with bring their babies to work and "show them off" to everyone. I can see doing that with friends, but frankly, I am really not interested in meeting co-workers' children. Is that mean? I actually RESENT being FORCED to "play" with other people's kids.

I was able to stomach The View again during Elisabeth's absence. And loved it. But I will again stop watching it when she returns. The View was good when it first began, but went on a downhill spiral the day they hired Elisabeth. Even Star Jones was not as annoying as that cloying, nagging, annoying little Rush Limbaugh in sheep's clothing. I enjoyed watching it again in her absence. I've never seen someone with so little education, such miniscule qualifications, so little life-experience, so little age, so little knowledge, so little wisdom, and so many many many unfounded prejudices & bigotry—with such a big mouth and so much to say, and the fools who'll give her a forum and even encourage her to spew her bitter sanctimonious prejudiced venom.
