An author filed a lawsuit against Jerry Seinfeld's wife, Jessica, on Monday.
The suit alleges that Jessica "brazenly plagiarized" from the cookbook The Sneaky Chef for Seinfeld's own collection of recipes for kids' healthy eats.
Both Jerry and his wife have on multiple occasions publicly dismissed claims that Jessica's book was plagiarized.
Jerry himself is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, accused of defamation.
They'll have to battle it out in court now.
Thankfully Jerry has his sitcom money to help his wife!

I'm so sorry that I offended you, the comment police, because you clearly have some kind of authority over what people should and should not post and are in a position to dictate. Just so you know, calling other people names for no reason when they have not attacked you doesn't make you look smart, it makes you look like an asshole.

The Seinfelds are just greedy. They know that Jessica doesn't spend enough time in the kitchen to "accidentally" come up with dozens of recipes for hiding veggies in food. Besides, I know for a fact she has a personal chef that created these recipes from "ideas" furnished by Jessica from her publisher.

With all the obesity thats plaguing our children, these people should be joining forces. i have both books, both have similarities, both have differences. Pureeing is nothing new. Look how many slow cooker, and 30 minute books there are! Some of Jessica's recipies are better than the other book some are not. Needless to say, there is a great balance between the two. How long can a woman be called a whore and a gold digger? I mean really that is ridiculous! We all make mistakes. She is a mother now, and a wife. All of the proceeds of the book are going to charity. They need to call a truce.

In response to #131: Nice sentiment, but Jessica Seinfeld should have thought of "joining forces" with that author before she stole the woman's concepts, art and ideas and pawned them off as her own. The fact that she's a whore and gold-digger to boot is just indicative of Mrs. Seinfeld's character.
