Not Welcome In California

Disgraced Idol Jessica Sierra was released from jail on Tuesday.

She thought she was going to hop on a plane and go directly to Dr. Drew's rehab in California, where a Florida judge ordered she must stay for a year.

However, Jess' plans just changed. Cali don't want her!

The recovery center is prepared to admit her, but the California Department of Probation will not accept her transfer on an emergency basis.

The department will consider a transfer on a non-emergency basis, which could take up to 45 days.

Sierra must now appear in a Tampa court on Thursday so the issue can be addressed.

Jessica has been instructed to go to her family's home.

Hopefully she won't try to flee the country. Actually, hopefully she will!

      Ok I'm usually the first to express my disgust about junkies,I fucking hate them! But why won't Cali take this chick? It's not like they don't have the room! Why make it hard for trash like that to get clean! Thats what these programs are degined for right? If people want or are even forced to get help then the help should be there! I've been trying to get my Mom into a long term rehad for YEARS and beacuse she dosnt have insurance they only let her say for 30 days at a time..and that def. isnt enough for a junkie!

      How can you not feel bad for this girl?? WHO CARES WHO SHE IS? Her mother basically killed herself by ODing on drugs. Jessica then turned to drugs, and alcohol and then was raped.

      Yeah, she's got problems, but she's an addict and she needs help.

      Please everyone try to remember that she has a disease. I mean if she had cancer no one would be bashing her. U would be showing empathy and compassion. Addiction is A REAL DISEASE!
