Albino Wino was out and about in London on Thursday and in a very chatty mood.

The drug-plagued star looked happy and healthy. "I'm a lot better," Amy said of her extended holiday in the Caribbean. "I went away to get off drugs, you know," she told the paparazzi.

It's gonna take more than a vacation to quit heroin and the like. But at least she's trying! (Or putting on a good facade.)

Hope she is working on something new, and that she continues to shine and get clean. It's a long a slow process, but this is a huge step for her to take. She and husband seem to be in a toxic relationship, which just feeds the addiction. Perhaps they would be better off away fm each other, at least until both get sober and stay sober for over a year, at least.

She has NOT gained any weight (although her current weight IS unhealthy and she should) so could you people PLEASE STOP SAYING IT! You've got no idea what an adverse effect it has on on bulemics. The stress from worrying about weight gain could very well push her back to drugs/drinking (if she's stopped).
I have more hope for her quitting drugs than I do for her gaining weight, though as she's gotten so much recognition from designers for her style…Style that I'm sure each of them would have overlooked, had she actually weighed over 80 lbs at any point this year.

And, then some people have body dysmorphic disorder and they can't really SEE what they look like…when you see these news clips and anorexics are disgustingly thin and yet crying and calling themselves fat…they BELIEVE IT. I know because I was the same way…I mean, the racoon eyes, the protruding teeth, the hair falling out, the bloody noses, the inability to heal…I WAS that way and yet, I swear, the year I was DEATHLY SICK soooooo many people were utterly enamored of me. Although I LOVE Amy and her Music , I have to question the dedication she's giving to stopping the drugs. I know she says she's clean and drug free…but as a LPN and looking at it by clinical aspect the abcess on her right hand/knuckle, would suggest otherwize.
The wart like abcess is a classic case of hemotoma where the needle either slips through the vein or doesn't quite puncture it (but DOES) giving the area a lump or clotted blood under the skin. It's a sign of repeated use of that hand or vein.
Having said that, God I love this girls music. She is the most amazing artist and I hope she discover's what a GIFT she is to the music industry and cleans up …TRUTHFULLY…for the sake of herself and all who love her.

Wow…. Looks like she quit doing heroin about 45mins before that pic was taken. It looks like those nasty spots on her arms haven't even healed up and she's claiming to be "clean." Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Maybe after a 8 or 12 week stint in rehab I'd think about believing it. I've never ever heard of anyone coming off of the smack completely alone within a week or so.

Angelina Jolie Announces That Her Next Movie Will Be...

Maleficent!

At least, we think it is! Almost positive, actually!

Angelina Jolie was at the Berlin International Film Festival today, where she is screening her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood and Honey out of competition, when she announced that the long-rumored project was next up for her - even though she didn't specifically call it by name!

She explains:

"I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this . The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie. The best thing to find that balance is to do something that is just for children. You know, you find different ways to make things matter. When, for example, you do fun action movies, they are empowering for my daughters."

And since we've gotten word that the Luc Besson movie she had been eyeing seems to have stalled, and Maleficent recently got Robert Stromberg as a director, we think it's safe to say that the Linda Woolverton-written adaptation of the classic fairy tale is definitely where we'll see her next!

So, so cool!
