Mushy Fartone was on Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning, and thankfully, Ryan got her to talk about her DUI arrest last month.

She said of her incident, which also included possession of prescription pills not made out to her and driving without a valid license:

"I was pulled over and obviously, I'm 100% responsible for my actions in this case. I'm really disappointed in myself. I'm not perfect and I don't intend to do anything this stupid again."

How many times did she practice saying that???

Mushy revealed that she will be going to the Sundance Film Festival later this month for a movie she's in.

      I hope this is a humbling moment for her. Even in her interviews Mischa has always struck me as uppity, like she's better than everybody else. She always refers to herself as not a party girl, and not like the other girls. And I hope she gets honest with herself that she does have a problem with alcohol and drugs and she needs to deal with it.

      Just this week I had a family friend that was killed in a drunk driving incident. At this very moment, the family is mourning their tragic loss…and the driver, well they walked away from the whole incident with minor scratches. To hear these stories on the news…to read her "public" apology…are just a disgrace. Does she not understand that her actions affect other people…and just because she did not hurt anyone while she was driving drunk does not make this situation any better. Use your celebrity status for a cause!
