Michelle Rodriguez was just released from jail, the actress announced on her website.

The lezbolicious actress was sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating her probation, but she was released Wednesday night after serving just 17 days.

Michelle's gonna miss all her new friends!

    That's the state's policy to reduce over-crowding; felons charged with certain demeanors can be released after serving 1/10 of their sentence. Today would hav been Michelle's 18th day. Pleased for her that she's home and she served her sentence in a dignified way. Not like Paris!!!

    you dont know anything about the law, clearly. it's STANDARD PRACTICE to release due to overcrowding. over 50 women are released from LA jails every day. the sheriff said in this case he had to treat her FAIRLY and release her like he would ANYBODY ELSE.

    do your research. she was released as she should have been by the rights granted by STATE LAW.
