Jay Leno and Jimmy Kimmel struck up a new friendship recently. The pair bonded over the Hollywood writers strike and how much it sucks for everyone involved.

Thursday night, in a first for the two, each appeared on the other's talk show for the first time.

At the end of the segment, Jay shook Jimmy’s hand and said, “We should do this more often.” Jimmy replied, “We can do this every week…we may have to!”

    Those two are part of the problem that the Hollywood studio executives seem to have. That who gives a "rat's ass" attitude about all the little people that make you great.     Before Jimmy Kimmel came on the scene, Leno always said that he and Letterman should appear on each other's show. But Letterman — the big baby that he is — stopped talking to Leno after Leno "stole" the Tonight Show from Letterman who thought he had the "right" to succeed Carson. Of course, Letterman bad-mouthed the executives at NBC every chance he got. And he did it, publicly, on his show almost every night calling them "pinheads" and even uglier things. So he shouldn't have been surprised that they passed him over.

    Kudos to Leno for doing the cross-over show!

    Leno doesn't own his show, like Letterman…NBC does, therefore, he couldn't broker a deal like Letterman. Before you point fingers, at least read up and get your facts straight. Also way to go Leno and Kimmel, I watched the crossover on both shows and enjoyed them.

    As for SAG, the actors, although the show won't go on because of their boycott, will accept the Golden Globe statuette if so honored. They are a bunch of greedy hypocrites. They are boycotting Leno and Kimmel too. These actors deserve no respect. They are, inturn dissing their public.

    Those two can fuck off and die. David Letterman ruled the airwaves last night with three segments of Howard Stern. Leno and Kimmel interviewed each other. Is it the end of civilization and that's the best we can come up with? As usual. New York does it better. Fuck off, Jay.
