Her features by themselves are fine looking it is just as though they are all crammed together really awkwardly in the center of her face, plus her big chin and weird head shape don't help at all. She gets so much slack for it though because she is in the public eye but if she was just an ordinary girl at your school with non famous parents you probably wouldn't be calling her ugly. She is just average but by hollywood standards she is considered ugly. I'm not sure that cosmetic surgery could do anything in her case, like what would she change? It's just an unfortunate mess but who knows, she may grow into it. She could at least make up for it by dressing better and not getting such awful haircuts, and maybe find a better career choice than actress. Poor girl.
