A Sporty Birthday

Melanie C. celebrated her birthday on Saturday with the Spice Girls and thousands of fans at a sold-out concert in London's O2 Arena.

Sporty turned 34 and the ladies sang her Happy Birthday after their performance of Momma.

They also brought out a birthday cake on stage with some sneakers on them.

That's taking the whole sporty thing a bit too far!

Some dumbbells woulda been cuter, no???
