Donatella Versace's daughter, Allegra, made a rare public appearance this past weekend.

The troubled youngster, who has been fighting anorexia for years, showed up at the Versace fashion show in Milan on Saturday.

She's looking good, but she's also really covering herself up.

We hope Allegra's doing well!

i was in treatment with her, and she is a wonderful girl. i really do hope she is doing well.

A fuller face can still mean the body is holding onto water and desperate for nutrition. I just hope she keeps up her recovery and eats often , as anorexics need ALOT of calories to gain the weight back. You can never tell how better someone is due to a photo but i hope she is doing well.

Well said. Anorexia, like depression, has NO class or income limits, it targets anyone. You people dissing her, saying that she's a bitch who should be grateful of her $$/fame/etc should be ashamed of yourselves.

Have you thought for a fucking second of the enormous pressures, lack of freedom and general unhealthy environment that this girl has been subjected to? Not to mention being in the shadow of a diva/cokehead mother, dealing with the murder of a beloved relative and being told that she's going to inherit the Versace monster? No wonder why she cracked.

Money and fame bring their own huge problems and I wouldn't want to be in her place. Good for her that she's gaining back some health. Bless her.
