What's really pathetic is the San Francisco Film Society booked his film Trapped in the Closet for an viewing at the nightclub Mezzanine with free alcohol and DJs. I emailed the Executive Direct Graham Leggat to ask why he would support R Kelly under these circumstances and he replied that's it's a sing-a-long and that's not supporting the artist. They're charging a cover, showing the film [that they have to pay a fee for or have permission to use] and it's not supporting R Kelly?
