I am half Venuezelan and have family there and have personally been there 20+ times throughout my life and I can tell you the conditions in the country have gotten worse since he has been in office, people's freedoms are slowly being taken away, people are becoming poorer and he is doing nothing to help them as he promised before he first got elected, and the man is just plain crazy and paranoid! As for him being "democratically elected", there is evidence out there that the elections were rigged… and for those of you who think he is not crazy or not a dictator and everything in the country is just fine and dandy then you can think what you want but I have personally been there and seen how things are.
