Blake Wants A Divorce!

This could be one of the best things to happen to Amy Winehouse!
The singer's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, incarcerated since November, is threatening to ask for a divorce.
Albino Wino's father, Mitch Winehouse, claims his son-in-law said he was ready to call it a day during a recent spat with Amy.
"Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row," he tells Grazia magazine.
Mitch thinks Blake's mom, Georgette Civil, is encouraging him to seek a divorce and cut Amy out of his life.
'"Unfortunately, Blake is influenced by things his mother has said," says Mitch. "I think Georgette wants them to divorce, but it's up to them.
As for Albino Wino, dad says she wants to stick by her man. "From Amy's point of view, she would stick by him not matter what," he says. "But he has said things like, 'I want a divorce'."
And pals agree Amy's marriage is looking likely to collapse.
"The Blake and Amy situation is imploding," says a friend of the pair. "Blake has been listening to his mother, and he's been hot and cold with Amy when they do meet."
One big problem with a divorce, though. Amy didn't make him sign a pre-nup!
