Foxy Brown is asking a judge to let her out of her year-long prison stay early because her hearing aid is malfunctioning and she needs to get it fixed.
And, not just by any doctor, she needs to go to Hollywood to get it repaired by an expert there.

In case you forgot, Foxy claimed to lose her hearing last year. Apparently, she's now wearing a hearing aid.
"I am terrified of not hearing a fire alarm go off, or being locked in a cell, and someone not being kind enough to let me out, since not everyone understands the severity of my condition," the rapper wrote in a letter this week to the courts.
A lawyer for Foxy told the judge that there may be "one or two places" in New York that do cochlear implant adjustments, but Marchand needs to go to Hollywood if she wants to properly repair her "progressively deteriorating hearing loss."
Bitch just wants to get out of jail. Be upfront about it!
"Her condition is worsening in jail since she cannot obtain at Rikers the proper treatment," her lawyer argues.

In a handwritten, four-page note attached to the court papers, Brown described herself to Judge Melissa Jackson as a "good person with an incredible heart" who gets a bad rap.
"Up until now, you've only hear about Foxy Brown the artist," she wrote. "I'd like to show you Inga Marchand, the beautiful person that my mom raised me to be. 'Foxy Brown gets into an altercation with a neighbor' would be great front-page headlines, whereas 'Foxy Brown brings Christmas toys to 30 disabled children' would hardly be mentioned."

My Father is deaf, and had a cochlear implant. While visiting me in NYC he needed an adjustment on his cochlear implant- they have an entire clinic devoted to this at the NYC Eye and Ear Infirmary. He was in and out in under an hour. The best place, where this technology was developed was in Boston. She just wants to go to in 'n' out burger or something in LA….prob more likely the "or something"
Furthermore- a cochlear implant is major surgery- where they drill into your head- and implant a wire deep into the cochlear part of your ear. When did she have this surgery- and why has she never been seen wearing the wire that must come down from the implant area beind the ear and into a small cell phone sized voice processor usually worn on the chest?

my daughter wears hearing aids, and they are easy to fix, especially if you have the $$$. Her dealer (of hearing aids, that is) sends her a replacement to use while her main one is being fixed. She should have arranged to have a back up ready in case she had problems. It could have been given to the medical staff.
Anyway, If my daughter acted like foxy brown, I would want her ass to sit in jail for a while. If there is a fire, a hearing aid won't help her magically get out of her cell–she still has to wait to get let out.
