“It’s all bullsht," Lutfi tells Access Hollywood. "They’re just toying with the paparazzi."
She's probably getting a cut of the picture sales!

If you really want to USE the media, why not use them to show what a kind, loving person you are. Stage some photos at church, dressed conservatively, reading to children at the library, raising baby chicks, planting a garden, volunteering at the hospital. You get the picture?
