Was Gwyenth Starving Herself???
Gwyenth Paltrow was hospitalized on Monday and released some time on Tuesday, and her publicist rightfully refuses to discuss the reason for her hospitalization.
However, that hasn't stopped people from speculating why she needed to seek medical attention.
According to New York magazine, Paltrow, who usually eats a macrobiotic diet and practices yoga and pilates regularly, was doing a fast, which could have lead to her hospitalization.
The actress was said to be on a five-day live-food fast from Organic Avenue in New York. The temporary diet does allow for some food.
"She's eating salads, there's juices. There's actually quite a bit of food there, it's just all raw and organic," says an employee of Organic Avenue.
We don't like the word fast when it's not referring to cars and speed.

Doing the kind of fast she might have done isn't done to lose weight. It's done to get rid of the toxins in your body to get healthier. Also, a live-food fast probably includes all vegetables, lots of avocado, and raw nuts. Maybe she didn't do it the right way or prepare for it in the right way.
