Keifer Sutherland is expected to be released from the Glendale jail on Monday.

The 24 star has been incarcerated since December 5th after pleading guilty to yet another DUI.

Upon his return, he won't be getting back to work.

The damn strike is still fucking things up!

    Yay! Glad to hear…he was in jail over his birthday and Christmas, that's the worst. Still don't understand why he did more time then Lindsay or Nicole…but glad to hear the good news of his release!

    Yeah- I guess you do have to be a hot dumb-ass celeb (who UBER sucks a big one) to get HOURS in jail for doing "5 times worse in one night" what he's done a few times over a few years. That photo P touched up is the ONLY PLACE (THANK GOD or did Superhead so him too?) you will see jizz on his face….that's why his trip to the cage was so long!

    I've always loved Keifer and while it was disspointing to see that he was abusing alcohol, I'm hoping tht he will seek the help he needs to stay away from it and to stay out of trouble. Fingers crossed for you Keifer that ou've learned a valuable lesson. Hopefully we will her only good things going forward!!
