Dr. Phil has been receiving a lot of flack for his visit to Unfitney Spears at the hospital, and he's not sorry, bitches.
The only thing he's sorry about? Talking about the visit after the fact.
"Was it helpful to the situation? Regrettably, no. It was not, and I have to acknowledge that and I do," he told his audience at a taping of his show on Thursday, which will air on Monday. "I definitely think if I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't make any statement at all. Period."
McGraw tells USA Today he visited the trainwreck as "a friend and ally of the family," not as a psychologist. He stopped practicing years ago and is not licensed in California.
Asked if he would make the same visit again, at the request of concerned parents, Dr. Phil says, "How do you not?"

Re: Chelsea – Dr Phil has a PhD in clinical psychology, so yes he is a doctor. He got into some trouble a while back with the Ethics Board in Texas and lost his license to pratice.

I sincerely commend what Dr. Phil has done but unfortunately there is always others trying to dig up what they can to get a few dollars or publicity. My heart aches for the boys. This is what I say now…Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother Spears step up and be what family is really suppose to be and take care of her and do what needs to be done know before it is too late. You will be sorry. Parents never stop caring but are you so involved with your lives and what you may not be entitled to? I guess we all will see if you really love her. I am no professional and you can only cry wolf so many times but enough is enough. Go in and take over if you love her or is it the money.
