Hope it's a better album than Janet's and Britney's bombs, but it's not promising. These "compilation" albums with so called hip artists/artist makers are consistently producing BAD PRODUCT — so full of themselves and their gimics they can no longer serve the creative spark. A song has to SPEAK TO ITS AUDIENCE and that kind of truth cannot be faked out with attitude and engineering.
You can all be haters, but Mariah has broken every record in the industry since the beginning of the sound scan era. She is so talented by writing all of her own music, and always versatile in all her work. NO ONE compares to her. 18 years in the business and counting. I can't wait to hear her new stuff!!
