Denise vs. Charlie: Heading Back To Court!

The unemployed actress is hoping to make some extra money by whoring out her two daughters. Thankfully, Charlie Sheen is being a good dad and trying to prevent his ex-wife from exploiting their kids.
Richards has a deal for a new reality TV show starring herself and daughters, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2.
In order for the girls to appear on the show, though, Sheen has to approve. Thus far, Charlie has wisely refused.
Now, the two are set to fight it out (again) in court this week, TV's Extra is reporting.
Richards is asking the court to revoke Sheen’s power as the children’s father in this matter, so she can move forward with the show without his consent.
A source close to Sheen says that this goes against everything Charlie believes in. He "feels it’s exploitative of the children for the mother’s own vanity and greed."

What's wrong with a guy who lived life in the Hollywood fastlane wanting to shield his daughters from that? If he has- as I suspect- been granted joint legal custody (note- physical and legal custody are two separate issues), then for a court to deny him the right to do such would be an incorrect interpretation of the law.
