Team Hillary

We've been going back and forth over who we're supporting in the upcoming presidential election.

At first we were Team Barack, but now we've been swinging more towards Clinton.

The more we hear the candidates speak, the more we like what Hillary has to say.

But our mind isn't made up 100% yet and getting informed is super important! We urge you all to do that. And, of course, register to vote if you haven't already done that!

We've been a big fan of the Latinalicious America Ferrera for a while, but after watching this video of the Ugly Betty star campaigning for her favorite candidate in Nevada this past weekend, we like her even more.

It's inspiring!

Ch-ch-check it out.

FIRST YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO THIS, HILARY IS MORE AGAINST ABORTION IN WAYS THAN OBAMA IS, THEY ARE BOTH PRO CHOICE, BUT HILARY HAS SAID THINGS LIKE SHE WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DECLINE IN ABORTION, AND HE HUSBAND HAS SAID IT SHOULD BE RARE, BETTER THAN OBAMA WHO LOVES ABORTION.

Oh God no, I couldn't disagree more. I feel like Barack has really shown in tonight's debate. Hillary keeps arguing a woman should be in the white house and therefor she should be elected, but Barack was gutsy enough to say, vote for us because we address the issues better, not because we fit a certain image (woman, Black, etc.).

I think the intellectuals of this country have already made up their mind (I know that includes you Perezers!). Hillary Clinton just has more and more stuff piling up against her everyday. HuffingtonPost has done a beautiful job of covering all of the various holes in her campaign and quite frankly…in HER.

Obama '08, Perez, you know you want to!

I respect your desicion and whatnot, but Hillary is a fake. She says what everyone wants her to hear. I'm for Edwards, but he isn't going to make it, so Barack is for me. Hillary's replys seem so stiff, and she does not read ROLE MODEL to me.

      OBAMA HAS MY VOTE.

DON'T TRUST THE CLINTON'S. THEY HAVE THERE OWN AGENDA'S NOT IN OUR COUNTRY'S BEST INTEREST AND HILLARY IS VERY CALCULATING. NO WAY I WANT HER IN OFFICE.

      HILLARY DOES NOT REPRESENT CHANGE.

WE'VE HAD 12 years of the Bush's and 8 years of the Clinton's.

      HILLARY IS NOT CHANGE PEOPLE.

      VOTE OBAMA

    19. American History says – reply to this

      19

While hillary is undeniably well prepped and an eloquent speaker (both qualities that obama possesses as well), whats most important in this election is electing a democratic nominee that is going to facilitate the type of fundamental changes that need to take place in America. We need a candidate that is intelligent, confident, and well rounded enough to efficiently pursue the necessary steps. I can promise you that electing hillary as the democratic nominee will cause us all to witness the exact same things that have been going on these past 8 years. The only reason she seems so viable is because she is a master, but a master of a broken system that will never yield the necessary results that our country needs.

      47

Obama doesn't have anything REAL to say it's a bunch of "inspirational" speeches but that doesn't translate into being an effective leader who has REAL PLANS to take this country in the direction it needs to go.

The only two candidates who would even come close to making a great president are Ron Paul and John Edwards. But the media is brainwashing the american people into believing these two don't have a shot in hell of winning.

Control your government and media before it controls you!

Barack in 08. You think Hillary is the one to lead? Think about this: all in the news we see her with her Xenu smile praising Barack while Bill Clinton continuiously slams Barack without any poise. Clearly, this is not Hillary's election this is Bill Part II. If Hillary takes the office and we look to the White House in a time of crisis, I would honestly expect Bill Clinton to address the nation with his overzealous ego.

IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE. WE DESERVE A FRESH SLATE IN '08.

After watching this debate right now I am even more convinced that Barack Obama is the only way to reshape this country. He is the candidate who tells us what we need to hear, not what we want. We really need to be informed so when Mrs. Clinton or Mr. Edwards try to distort Mr. Obama's record, we know better. Thankfully, Barack was able to do that gracefully tonight.

      Become informed and VOTE!

      Good man Perez!!!!

Obama is a great man, very intelligent and very likable, but the last thing we need right now is another learn-as-you-go president. I feel that Hillary has the experience, the drive, the plans, and the guts to hit the ground running from day one in the Oval Office. Is she as inspiring as Obama? No, but we need more than inspiration: we need results. Our country is in the dumps and she can pull us out. (As they say, it takes a Clinton to clean up after a Bush lol). I also worry about Obama's decision-making ability, as he has voted "present" so many times as US Senator. As President, you have to make tough decisions on a daily basis: just being "present" is not an option. Love to see him as VP, where he can take everything in and be really ready to run in '16.

Hillary Clinton is no better than George Bush. Her conviction and cold heart will make just as many fruitless mistakes as Bush, and her need to succeed will most likely just propel this country further and further into the ground.

Barack Obama is the only candidate that can save this country! His vision of hope and change are the exact formula that we need to pull our country out of the gutter.

Obama '08! C'mon Perez! I like you too much to see you vote for just another politician. Vote For Hope!

    89. lynn says – reply to this

Hillary represents more of the same old, same old status quo. Sure she's better than W (who's not) but REAL change is not Hillary Clinton. Our presidents since 1988 like this already Bush, Clinton, Clinton, Bush, Bush and now another Clinton?! Do we live in a monarchy?! NO!! We need fresh names, fresh voices. Obama in '08.
Hillary is also in the pockets of health insurance companies and oil dynasties. She can't bring us universal healthcare or oil independence. Obama can.
      A dream ticket will be Obama-Edwards 2008.

No more Bushes, no more Clintons.

    90. Kelly says – reply to this

      90

Personally, I find Obama to be a more inspiring candidate. When Obama speaks, I want to get out on the streets and change my country. He's a not just a leader; he's an inspiration. Moreover, he takes ownership of his past, and I think that he's handled the below-the-belt jabs from the Clinton camp fairly well—and, when he had the opportunity to smack talk Clinton for her (at the very least) mildy offensive and ill-thought out MLK remarks, Obama simply called her statement "ill-advised." That's class—and that's classier than Hill's unfortunate Bush-style campaign trick of getting other people to bring up bad choices from Obama's youth. That's just dirty. I don't want a Bush/Cheney style politician with the Clinton last name.

She voted for the Patriot Act TWICE!! she wants to take away our civil liberties for "safety" but when you do that you get none…. please for your country checkout at your local library Judge Andrew Napolitano books and Blowback the costs and consequences of American Empire, also Economics in one lesson by Henry Hazlitt, The End of America letter of warning to a young patriot by Namoi Wolf, and read your constitution… the young people are going to Ron Paul's campaign and donating money to his campaign.. in Iowa alone he had hundreds HUNDREDS of college students camping at ymcas canvasing and phone banking 14-16 hr days.. i was one of them.. study economics and the fed and you will realize that our economy is in trouble and we need to end this war/spending now.

Hillary is awesome. There's something sneaky about Obama I dont like. I know he came out and sed that he pledges allegiance and salutes the flag… but videos and pictures dont lie… he stood there with his arms to his side while all the other democratic nominees saluted the flag next to him… thats weird.

I completely agree Perez. It's a horse race for me. Everyone just needs to watch the debates and learn what each candidate has to say. Stop with the continuous popularity contests, please.
