Another media circus is set to erupt Wednesday. Spears lawyers are going back to court tomorrow morning to ask for visitation.
Taxpayers will have to front the bill for added security and for the time wasted in court.
Spears' legal team is hoping the Commish will allow the former pop star to have "monitored visitation in a therapeutic setting."

As much as I agree that she shouldn't have any type of custody with the children until she is helped, I do think she should have visitation set up in some type of neutral setting with more than just a monitor watching her, perhaps with her mother or father also present. She might not deserve to see her kids right now, but those two boys are missing their mom and deserve to see her. They are too young for an explanation as to what is going on, and keeping them away from her will only make them think they did something wrong. In a toddler's mind, everything revolves around them, and if something is disrupted they think it is because of them.

Lucky for us the court system does not work as most of you think. Britney will be allowed access to her children in monitored settings as long as she can provide the court with evidence that she is making progress in the right directions. The court will not leave her alone with the children however, the mindless "she'll never see those kids again" is about as far from the truth. Court systems are put in place to have responsible parents making decisions for the children while the other parent simply has to maintain a low amount of sanity to receive visitation of any sort. Also, parents are not taken from the children perminately unless there is some type of adoption that takes place or sexual or physical abuse. Read up on the rules before you make mindless comments.

1- I don't think you really understand how taxes work. It's not like taxes are being raised to pay for Britney's legal troubles. It's just a tiny drop out of the legal budget. Even if taxpayers did have to pay for her specifically, it would be mere cents.
