Another media circus is set to erupt Wednesday. Spears lawyers are going back to court tomorrow morning to ask for visitation.
Taxpayers will have to front the bill for added security and for the time wasted in court.
Spears' legal team is hoping the Commish will allow the former pop star to have "monitored visitation in a therapeutic setting."
Uhmmm, NO!
Spears had all visitation stripped "indefinitely" last week. A smart move.

Re: twist – I don't think YOU know how taxes work. Taxes pay for the judge and all court related employees (such as that court-appointed monitor that followed her around when she could see her kids). As well as the courthouse, etc. Taxpayers are directly paying for Brit Brit's legel issues… everytime…

if it will do her good to have her babies and of course monitered at all time for her sake, I hope they do it. No Perez and all you other idiots out there, mit is a major mistake to disallow visitation indefinitely . Those children NEED to see there mother. There isn't a more horrible thing to happen to a child to lose a parent and some times the damage is so acute that the child will never be whole again. Obviously there needs to be a supervisor but atleast the children will know that their mommy still exists and yes, she does still love them.You all are on a fucking witch hunt and it says so much about your mentality and your soul , that is if you have one.

What planet are you from? Obviously not the same one we all are living on! A child does NOT need a mother that is crazy and unloving! Being with her is only going to damage them further. A child needs to be with someone who loves them and provides them with a safe, normal environment (whether that person is their mother or someone else). Britney does not provide them with any of those things.
Hopefully the judge doesn't have a delusional outlook on life like you do and he keeps them the hell away from her!

I happen to be a mother and I am definitely not a teenager. NO….a child does not need their mother if that person is a horrible mother!
