While it remains uncertain if Heath Ledger's tragic death on Tuesday was the result of an accidental overdose or a suicide….

It has now become apparent that the actor kept a substance abuse issue hidden very well. Ledger may have also been suffering from depression.

I don't think that it CLEARLY indicates he was on drugs at all. He was intelligent in his answers and not slurring his speech. He was fidgity, but that could be that he was nervous, or maybe even a little ADHD. I'm certainly not going to assume he's under the influence.

It doesnt look to me like he is "clearly under the influence" of anything except maybe nervousness or shyness. And if it was a suicide, it doesnt mean he was doing drugs recently. Supposedly he has been clean for over a year. My father committed suicide and wasnt a drug addict, just a depressed soul. Heath obviously used drugs as a mean to kill himself, but that doesnt mean he is a daily drug user.

i don't think it was a suicide. i honestly in my heart of hearts dont think it was. i have a gut feeling it was an accident and possibly one other factor. he gets to rest now. he was handsome and a amazing actor, but one can only take so much. it was his time to go. i feel for michelle and their 2 year old. its going to hurt so much waking up to a new day and remembering this day. its tragic. he's in a better place.God is being reunited with his child. He is not CLEARLY on drugs. This looks like an interview for a newspaper or magazine, not video. (But of course, video is still taken). It doesn't look like an official interview, especially considering you can barely hear the interviewer. Looks to me like he was just being silly and being himself. Obviously, none of you guys have had to deal with someone who is on drugs. I had an uncle who acted the same exact way. Not so much when he was on the drugs, but when he was sober and feenin for some. This guy was obviously very troubled and this is very sad .
