Amy Winehouse was seeking medical treatment on Tuesday evening in London, but contrary to The Sun's report, the troubled singer has not checked in to a drug treatment facility

"Amy is not in rehab," a rep for the singer has clarified. "She was seeing a doctor who she regularly sees as part of her ongoing treatment. It was a regular appointment which she attends all the time. She has not checked in overnight."

Such a shame. Amy should go to rehab!

Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

He explains:
