The striking writers will not picket the Grammy Awards next month, it was announced Tuesday evening.

We can all now celebrate the wonderful year in music without remorse!

    I THINK WHEN THE SHOWS RETURN NO ONE SHOULD WATCH THEM. THEN WE CAN SHOW HOLLYWOOD EXACTLY WHO IS IN CHARGE. I MEAN, THESE PEOPLE WOULD BE NO WHERE WITHOUT THEIR FANS AND VIEWERS. THE VIEWERS BRING THESE SHOWS RATINGS WHICH IN TURN BRINGS THE NETWORKS COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING.

    If you think this was a wonderful year in music, you've either got shite taste in music or tinnitus. Vapid lyrics about the club, cheaply & poorly produced music, and pop musicians more interested in being celebrities than good musicians.

    The Grammy's have had NO significance for years; the writers most likely figgered there was no damage to be done by striking. No one's watching this year.

    Nooooo!! Here in Brisbane, Australia we wanted the Grammy's to get cancelled so Mr Kanye West would play at our Good Vibrations festival, he's playing every other one but is skipping Brisbane to fly back to the US for the Grammys! Damn you grammys!
