Britney unveiled a new member of her inner circle on Wednesday.

The woman is believed to be the trainwreck's new assistant. She was seen with Spears and Osama Lutfi at Wednesday's emergency court hearing, and she was driving around with Unfitney after she bailed on the hearing and her chance at getting the kids back.

In this crazy Spears-obsessed world we live in, this new assistant gal will be a "celebrity" by the end of the week!

Britney does look good. Hopefully that means she's not drinking as much and taking better care of herself. Drinking does pack a lot of calories. Her skin has been looking a lot better too. Those effin nasty, stringy, cheap-ass hair extensions HAVE GOT TO go! She already always looks cheap, weathered, unclean & unkempt and that hair really makes it worse. I agree with those of you suggesting that Brit should ditch the nappy extensions. I've seen pictures of her from back in Aug. in the car without a wig or weave, it was kinda cute! I totally think she could rock any hair style, and yes, she should DEF. ditch the colored lipsticks and get some kind of cover-up for that acne on her chin. Better yet, birth control w/ acne prevention, that stuff saved me from my horrible skin!
