Bass, unsuccessfully argued that Hilton’s lawyers’ fees were excessive and that he should get no more than $13,400 to recover his legal costs. Bass said Wednesday he was considering whether to take further legal action.“We would like an opportunity for the court to consider all the facts,” he said.

Actually, as someone who has had a miscarriage, it really is just painful and shitty, it isn't something that is going to lay you up for years to come. I was really excited about my baby and when I miscarried, I was upset for maybe a day or two, most of which I spend on painkillers for the cramping. I went to a party and got shitfaced not a week later. Unless the miscarriage is indicative of some underlying medical problem that means you can't have children, I say rock on, Lily. Go party and get your mind off the shit.
