You got that right, Shia is a poseur and totally over-rated. I don't get what the big deal is. There are so many really good young actors out there. Shia is a decent actor but he's not that good (he's no "chameleon"). He basically plays the same role over and over (except for The Greatest Game Ever Played). At some point he'll hit rehab and his career will be D-O-N-E.
