She doesn't want the former wrestler spending any of the money they got from the $10 million sale of their home.
But that's just the tip of the iceberg!
Linda is accusing Hulk of trying to trick her into signing a post-nuptial agreement and other "legal shenanigans."

Haven't seen quotes or written material from either of them, but, I hate when the woman OR man says they were pushed/tricked/threatened into signing a prenup. everything is just an act to prevent Nicks friend John (who he put in the hospital) from getting much from the suit to cover his life long medical care. I guarantee you, that whoever claims Nick as their dependant, will be the one to get less money in the divorce. Even if they split it down the middle John will only be able to go after one parent and not both. And magically when his suit is over, in a few years the Hogans will reconcile.
In order to keep their family money because of the pending lawsuit against their son, Nick and Hulk because he was seen & photographed buying alcohol for the boys before the crash, the wife is trying to get most of their assests under her name. If Linda can quickly divorce Hulk and take all or most of his money, the other family won't have complete access to their fortune.
